[SH服务器]Updating Your Spell File to Allow Access to 70+ Spells
转(updated)Since I have updated the max level attainable to 75 andTitanium only supports spells up to 70, I have updated my spells_us.txtfile to allow access to all of the 70+ spells. In order for you(client) to be able to use these new spells (or even see them), youwill have to update your spells_us.txt file as well. I will describehow to do that below as well as explain how to back up your old one incase you ever need it. I will also explain how to backup your entireEverquest directory and how to restore the backup of your spells_us.txtfile if you need to use it on another server.
Backing up your spells_us.txt file:
1. Right click on your start button and click "Explore".
2. Find your Everquest directory. It should be in either C:\Program Files\Everquest or C:\Program Files\Sony\Everquest.
3. Find the file called spells_us.txt in that directory.
4. Right click the name of that file and click "Rename".
5. Click in that name so it de-selects the name and will allow you to type in it.
6. Rename the file to something like "spells_us_backup.txt".
7. Hit the Enter key or click anywhere outside of the file and you are done!
Updating your spells_us.txt file to the Custom Storm Haven version:
1.Right click on the link below and select "Save Target As..." or "SaveLink As...", whichever of those options right click gives you.

2. Find your Everquest directory. It should be in either C:\Program Files\Everquest or C:\Program Files\Sony\Everquest.
3. Click "Save" and you are all done. Now just exit Everquest completely and restart it and you are set!

Backing up your Complete Everquest Directory:
1. Right click on your start button and click "Explore".
2. Find your Everquest directory. It should be in either C:\Program Files\Everquest or C:\Program Files\Sony\Everquest.
3. Right click on the Everquest directory and click "Copy".
4. Chose where you would like to keep your Backup Copy at (C:\Program Files\ should be fine).
5. Right click Directory name that you would like to save your Everquest backup to and click "Paste".
6. You may see that it will name the new backup directory "Copy of Everquest".
7. Optionally, you can right click that directory name and rename it to whatever you like (I use Everquest2).
8.You now have a backup of your entire Everquest directory! You cancreate a secondary shortcut on your desktop that goes directly to theback up directory. This makes switching between custom servers quickand easy.
Restoring your spells_us.txt file (in case you have problems with the new one on other servers):
1. Right click on your start button and click "Explore".
2. Find your Everquest directory. It should be in either C:\Program Files\Everquest or C:\Program Files\Sony\Everquest.
3. Find the file called spells_us.txt in that directory.
4. Right click the name of that file and click "Rename".
5. Click in that name so it de-selects the name and will allow you to type in it.
6. Rename the file to something like "spells_us_live.txt" (it has to be a different name than the file you backed up before).
7.Find your backup spell file that should be named "spells_us_backup.txt"if you followed the steps in the first section of this post.
8. Rename that backup file to "spells_us.txt" and hit Enter. You are now done!
Ihad really wanted to avoid any custom file downloads to play on myserver, but this is the only option I can find to allow spells forlevel 70+. The good thing is that the new custom spell file iscompatible with all Titanium spells, so it should work fine on mostother servers. All I did was use the default spell file from titaniumand add the new spells onto that list.
I hope that theinstructions I provided will be enough so that no one has issues whentrying to update or restore/backup the files. With this new spell file,I can make changes on my side without requiring any special changes orupdates on your side. You should also be able to see most of the newspell effects. I still have more work and testing to do with higherlevel spells, but for the most part, they seem to be working. Note thatnot all level 70+ spells are available at this time. In fact, therewill most likely only be a few available to each class until I can getmore stuff worked out. Some is better than none, though

远远超过BP的进度 昨天试验了一下
应该备份spell_us.txt spell_us.kr
下载新的spell_us.txt,改名字为spell_us.kr 覆盖掉原有安装目录的spell_us.kr
然后每次登录打#scribespell 75 就可以用75的法术
好像戒律还未开放 atrex最近很投入啊
